A result-oriented leader with over 30 years of rich experience in Sales, Business Development, Service Operations and Team Leadership, Mr. Deora brings a rare blend of corporate acumen and people-centric development to the career-tech ecosystem.

A Commerce Graduate from the prestigious Loyola College, Chennai and an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI University, Hyderabad, he has held senior leadership roles with globally respected organizations including Mercedes-Benz, Maruti Suzuki, Yamaha, Reliance Infocomm and Armstrong USA. His domain expertise spans Automobile, Telecom, FMCG Distribution, Real Estate and Financial Market Analysis, Import & Export, Academy for Arts & Crafts, Printing industry, Corporate Training, etc.

A seasoned Financial Market Technical Analyst with a proven track record of maximizing portfolio growth through data-driven technical analysis and strategic market insights. Capitalising on years of market success, he now transitions his operational expertise into education, teaching students advanced analytical thinking, disciplined risk management, and practical financial literacy.

A Certified Career Counsellor, Mr. Deora is passionate about bridging the gap between academia and industry. He specializes in psychometric assessments, personalized career roadmaps and high-impact Campus-to-Corporate transformation programs that make students truly employable.
